A handmade card which has been designed to congratulate that special someone on their birthday.
The card comes complete with Happy Birthday at the top of the card and then multiple overlapped fringed pieces to create a lovely card to display. The card is yellow, the colour of the bottom fringe.
The card is left blank inside for your own message.
